Lowes Flowers

Went to Lowes today,Oh I want all these flowers,so beautiful.They reminded me of the afghan I'm working on now.I'll take the pics tomorrow of that one.

CherryTree in Full Bloom...

Okay,so you know I love my Cherry Tree,but it is just getting more beautiful and the sky was so beautiful today...

Back in October from my favorite little antique shop,I posted a pic of what I got silver,dishes,etc,great prices.I reposted the pic,top one .Well I forgot to post a pic of the silver after my husband cleaned it for me.Oh Tarn x is horrible,smells terrible and you have to wear gloves,use rags and wash the silver after cleaning.It is a job to do outside and I appreciate my husband doing this for me,so much.

Spring has come and bringing the beauty,my yellow bush has come out.My Cherry blossom tree is also about to bloom.When we came home yesterday and took these pics of Sunflower,Mrs Waddlemeyer and friends,just hanging out together and breaking bread,or seeds,I should say. :)

Daffodills...

Spring amazes me,flowers start coming up so fast as if they can't wait any longer.In one day buds can bloom by the evening as my daffodils did today.I've been so excited to see flowers are popping out like little ladies in thier fancy clothes.This morning buds and this evening they had bloomed out.I love color anyway,but to see these flowers bloom out so beautifully to show off thier splendor,makes me just stand back in awe.Trees are budding,bushes,flowers,the birds have covered my yard even more with birdseed from the feeders.It's like the world coming back to life after sleeping all winter.The sky is already so beautiful and the blue with all the flowers,oh,I've been so happy this week and it's warm.I have to start cleaning up my deck and clean out the flower beds.

The Answer is Dip...

This is a conversation with my grandson,my daughter chimed in and me Nana...

The Answer is Dip...

Tyler:"I'm hungry, I'm starving, Nana."

Nana:"Okay Ty, I'll get you some crackers"

Tyler:"I want some chips."

Nana:"I don't have chips, I have crackers."

Tyler:"I want some dip."

Nana:"I don't have any dip."

Sarah:"There are answers in this house,I know it!"

Nana:"Thank you, Sarah."

Tyler:"The answer is dip, Nana."

Nana:"No, the answer's not dip Tyler, I don't have any dip."

Tyler:"The answer is dip! I tell you!"

Nana:"No, Tyler, the answer is not dip!"

Tyler:"Oh Come On! Just Give Me Dip!"

Look at this Downy Woodpecker in my tree,the males have a little red on thier head.Below two of my mourning doves were up in a tree,instead of usually being on the ground.A little later two of the other doves flew up with them.I don't usually see them in the trees often,so this was a treat.But seeing this woodpecker was new,or at least I hadn't seen it here before.My husband looked up what kind of Woodpecker in his bird book. :)

New Vintage Toys

I am so excited that they are bringing out all these old toys back,this is what I got for my gs,well actually him and his Daddy for Christmas. :)
I don't know who was more excited or had the most fun with it.

New House...

When you first walk in this is the ceiling light I thought was so pretty and the wallpaper,which I call Georgian,it just reminds me of something in a Savannah older home.

Then you have the beautiful fireplaces,this is a pellet fireplace and I also love the white trim in all the rooms.

The kitchen has the cabinets I absolutely love,so pretty...

Oh and my favorite like a library or sewing room off of thier bedroom,it is so bright.I am loving the window.Awesome for plants.

I love this little round window,I call it the Hobbit Window,it's in a room off the foyer.

My son and family have a new house and had some really cool features I wanted to share.They just moved in this week.

Recyling Tins...

My husband got me the heart tin with chocolate in it,the tin is so pretty I had to use it for something colorful. :)

Playing With My Stamping...

I started playing with my stamping things and well duh,the heart punch needs to be turned around,my heart is upside down. :) Note to self,turn it around,anyway,the bird stamp turned out.
