Well, last week was the end of the blossoms and it's sad because they're so beautiful, but being they don't last long is I guess what makes them so special. You appreciate them while you can. I wanted to save some, so I dried out a handful, they dry out pretty and can be put with dried roses. The purple flower was on the ground, my husband had to throw it in there for me. :D

Oh I'm so sorry I didn't see this. The motif for the popcorn pinwheel bedspread calls for size 30 cotton thread. I don't use it, because it's just too thin for me, I use size 10 cotton thread. For that thread I also use a steel crochet hook, size 7.
